About the Book

Attorneys regularly encounter clients whose legal matters intersect with real estate, yet many Realtors never seriously pursue these relationships because they assume attorneys already have someone they call.

This book was written to challenge that assumption.

How to Become an Attorney’s Preferred Realtor explores how Realtors can become genuinely useful to attorneys handling probate, estate planning, family law, conservatorships, bankruptcy, and other matters involving real property. More importantly, it examines what attorneys actually look for when placing their reputation behind a referral: sound judgment, discretion, competence, communication, and the ability to solve problems without creating new ones.

The objective isn't simply to generate attorney referrals. It's to become the Realtor an attorney feels confident recommending.
