Opening Conversation: Probate Brokers/Agents/Teams
Bob,
Hopefully I’m not misplaced calling you out of the blue. I noticed you work with probate, trust, and inherited properties.
If you’re still active in that space, I’m curious whether I might be able to augment what you’re already doing—through courthouse-compiled probate filings or by building educational resources for personal representatives, attorneys, and fiduciaries.
Opening Conversation: SRES Designation
Bob,
Hopefully I’m not misplaced calling you out of the blue. I noticed you have your SRES designation, so I assume you do at least some work with senior homeowners.
I’m curious whether I might be able to augment what you’re already doing by pinpointing potential right-sizing opportunities in your backyard.
Essentially, we take senior homeowner data and layer in things like years of ownership, equity, size of the home, and other signals that the property may no longer fit the owner’s lifestyle.
Is that something you actively prospect for?
LinkedIn Message: Probate Professionals
Bob,
Curious if you are still in th
e probate real estate arena? I've put together some practical resources, including guidance on becoming an attorney’s preferred Realtor and messaging that seems to resonate with Personal Representatives tasked with settling an estate.
You can find them at https://thearetegroup.net/probate-prospecting-resources/
If it's worthy of a conversation, certainly reach out. Thanks.

Cold email to probate professionals:
Since you’re in the probate real estate arena, I wanted to share a couple of complimentary resources we’ve put together.
One is an eBook on becoming an attorney’s preferred Realtor; the other offers verbiage that seems to work well when conversing with personal representatives tasked with settling an estate.
You can find both here: Probate Prospecting Resources
I don’t profess to know your game better than you do, but perhaps something there can serve as a springboard for a conversation if you’re up for it.
Thanks so much,
Jim
